RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING
At Xtreme Tactical Gear, we ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.). We use their Priority Mail/Flat Rate shipping services to keep costs down.Both services offer ship tracking. All shipping is supplied with a U.S.P.S. Tracking Number.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All in stock orders are shipped either same day or within 48 hours after the order has been placed. Federal holidays may length this time-frame.

FREE SHIP TRACKING PROVIDED BY XTREME TACTICAL GEAR
All products will be shipped via U.S.P.S. and you will receive free tracking to track your order.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Product(s) being returned MUST be in it's original undamaged packaging. Product(s) MUST be in new, unused, undamaged condition. If you wish to return your product(s), it MUST be returned within 30 days of your purchase.

Exceptions are made for manufacturer defects.

1. Email cs@xtremetacticalgear.us for an A.R.M. # (Authorized Returned Merchandise) or for a refund. Once you receive your A.R.M. #,
2. Mail the product(s) to be returned to:

3. Please don't forget to include in the packaging your original receipt and a signed statement for the reason of the return/refund.
4. All returned/refunded product(s) MUST included the original packaging, documentation, manuals and accessories that were included with the product(s) when shipped/received.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Some products are not eligible for return. Any product that has been worn, used or altered cannot be issued an A.R.M. # or be refunded.
Other product(s) that are NOT authorized for return or refunds are: custom product(s)/service(s), used product(s), special order(s) and product(s) sold "as is" or "used".

RESTOCKING FEE
Any product(s) returned unused and in it's original sealed packaging will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. Any product(s) returned unused and in it's original packaging, but has been opened and resealed will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds.

EXCHANGES
Any product(s) can be exchanged due to wrong size, color or attachment location (left handed or right handed). Restocking fees will not be assessed, but you will be responsible for all shipping fees/costs to exchange the product(s).
We highly recommend you ship with U.S.P.S. and request tracking whenever possible and insurance to cover the cost of the product(s) being shipped. Please be aware that U.S.P.S. does not offer tracking on some shipments, it is YOUR responsibility to ship responsibly. Extreme Tactical Gear is NOT responsible for lost or stolen product(s) while in transit.
PLEASE BE AWARE, in some cases U.S.P.S. will not initiate a trace on lost or stolen shipments with them for 30 days AFTER the product(s) have been submitted to U.S.P.S. for shipment.
